Started my insurance career with Aflac, which afforded me intense training in the worksite/voluntary supplemental insurance field. In 2004, I took a position with Secure Horizons where I had extensive training in Medicare. Later I worked for an insurance broker where I learned more about individual and group health insurance. Along the way, I’ve been fortunate to learn about new and innovative products and services for both employers and individuals seeking affordable solutions in a challenged economy. There is great pride in the fact the foundation of my business was built almost entirely on referrals. Most of the clients have been referred by other brokers and existing clients, satisfied with my ethical and thorough knowledge.

Traci stays educated on current events, including health care reform, annual certification in Medicare Advantage (MA) and Prescription Drug Plans (PDPs) plans, Long Term Care, etc.

Once a choice is made, ongoing service is available to assist with questions, claims and billing issues.
